1. General Provisions
1.1. These purchase terms, together with the documents mentioned in these terms, provide information about SIA "INSAFE", registration number: 40203292478, address: Riga, Krustpils iela 31 (hereinafter - the Seller) and outline the terms of purchase and sale of goods (Terms) to persons specified in clause 5.1 of the Terms (Buyer), who purchase goods (Goods) on the online store at www.seifs.lv.
1.2. These Terms apply to any contracts between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of Goods (Contract). Before ordering any Goods from the online store, please read these Terms carefully. The Buyer must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, otherwise the order cannot be completed.
1.3. The Buyer is encouraged to print these Terms for future reference.
1.4. The Terms may be amended in accordance with the procedure specified in section 6 of the Terms. We recommend reviewing the Terms before each order. The last changes were made on May 1, 2024.
1.5. The Terms and Contracts between the Seller and the Buyer are drafted and concluded only in Latvian.
2. Making Purchases
2.1. The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
2.2. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the necessary fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the purchase payment to finalize the order.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The currency for transactions on the website is the euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
Latvian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
Estonian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
Lithuanian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
Finnish online bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

3.2. Personal data required for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
3.3. The Contract comes into effect upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia. Purchased goods are delivered using courier services or can be picked up from the store. All fees and taxes payable to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer.
4.2. Delivery costs are shown before confirming the order. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3-7 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send goods within up to 60 calendar days, informing the customer about this.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
5.2. To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.
5.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, submit the withdrawal form, which can be found here: [link to withdrawal form], by sending it to the email address serviss@seifs.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods.
5.4. The Buyer covers the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5.5. The Buyer is obligated to return the goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will promptly, but no later than 14 days, refund all payments received from the Buyer based on the distance contract.
5.6. The Seller has the right to withhold payment until receiving the goods from the Buyer or proof of return of the goods. If the Buyer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not obligated to compensate for the excess delivery costs.
6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods
6.1. The online store is responsible for non-conformity or defects in the goods sold to the Buyer that occur within 6 months after the day of delivery to the customer, or that were present at the time of delivery, unless such assumption contradicts the nature of the goods or defect.
6.2. The Buyer must inform the Seller about the non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 14 days of discovering it, i.e., submit a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store at serviss@seifs.lv.
6.3. The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to demand the repair of the goods or exchange them for new goods by returning the defective goods free of charge.
6.4. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund all payments made under the distance contract. The Seller will provide a written response to the consumer's complaint within 14 days.
7. Personal Data Processing
7.1. The online store processes only the personal data entered by the Buyer when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.
7.2. The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure the delivery of goods.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.
8.2. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller can be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court of the Republic of Latvia.
8.3. The Buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
9. Liability and Warranties
9.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods and their compliance with the description.
9.2. If the goods do not meet quality requirements, the Buyer has the right to return them or request a replacement.
10. Other Provisions
10.1. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2. These terms apply to all contracts concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, except in cases where a special written agreement has been concluded.
10.3. Any contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by these Terms together with the documents expressly referred to in the Terms. Any deviations from these Terms are valid only if they are made in writing.
10.4. The Buyer has certain rights related to goods of inadequate quality. No provision of these Terms should be interpreted
