Beams and frames for shelving

  • Front pallet racks consist of prefabricated vertical frames and horizontal beams. Beam profile height: from 90 to 140 mm
  • When installing pallet racks on an uneven floor, adjusting plates are required, up to 4 pieces per frame.
  • The frames consist of racks and ties (diagonals and contours) assembled by means of a bolted connection. A thrust bearing is attached to the base of each rack on a bolted connection, which is designed to distribute the load on the floor surface from the pallet rack racks and fix the structure using anchor bolts.
  • Beams are attached to the frames using hooks and clamps, this type of fastening allows you to change the height of the beams in 75 mm increments quickly and without the use of tools.
  • Frame legs are galvanized, beams and additional elements are powder polymer, color light gray (RAL 7035).
  • The elements of the pallet rack are selected according to the requirements of each customer, taking into account the parameters of the room, the size of the pallets used, the weight of the cargo on the pallet, the total load per section, etc.
  • The height of the frames can reach 12 m., length beams - 3.6 m.
  • All products are made of high-quality metals from leading world manufacturers.
  • Permissible load (kg) per tier of the rack (two beams) depending on the size of the profile and length tiers.
  • Pallet racks are designed to store heavy and bulky goods placed on pallets (pallets). When using pallet racks, goods are optimally placed in the warehouse space, unhindered access to all stored products is provided, and money is saved by maximizing the use of the height of the room. Loading and unloading equipment (forklifts, stackers) is required to use pallet racks.
